Hotel Boutique Casa Azuli Santiago

This hotel is about six blocks from the ADO Centro bus station – an easy taxi ride or a hot walk if you’re carrying bags. The room was a good size, with a comfortable (though small) double bed. The bathroom was spacious, and I especially liked the large shower cubicle. The water pressure was strong and hot, though it takes a little while for the hot water to come through. There’s both AC and a ceiling fan, and the Wi-Fi worked fine during my stay. The pool is small but refreshing after a day out. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with a few choices, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is a short walk from the historic center. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but next time I’d probably choose somewhere closer to town.

Very nice, newly renovated hotel in colonial style. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and takes care of any concerns immediately. Breakfast is great. You get a good Mexican breakfast with eggs, coffee, fresh fruits and croissants. The pool is small but very refreshing. The Hotel is located near to the center (10 min by foot). Also supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.

I needed a retreat from my house in Cholul and Hotel Boutique Casa Azuli was the perfect choice. The customer service was impeccable!

Very nice Airbnb type hotel with clean, modern and tidy rooms. Very comfy bed. Only improvements would be to add a light in the bathroom and offer breakfast starting earlier. Excellent stay.

Amazing stay at Casa Azuli! They accommodated my very late arrival and even started breakfast super early to accommodate my early departure! Rooms are spacious, property is absolutely beautiful and that pool looked absolutely delightful. Wish I could’ve spent another day or two! It’s only a 12 minute walk from the ADO terminal!

Very nice, clean and cute place. I would have given a 5 star rating if it weren’t for the dampness and smell we had in the room. There is not much they could do about it as it is due to humidity and heat (perhaps more ventilation?). The walls were also very thin so you can hear everything from outside and neighboring rooms. A part from these two issues, everything was perfect. Smart TV in room was appreciated, as well as Esther’s kind service and the morning breakfast she prepared.

the rooms are great and spacious, the only complaint about them that the bed are small 180cm*140cm, bearly fit a couple. the hotel is nice and comfy. the location is a bit far from the center - be ready to walk! (15-20 min walking to the main Plaza.
